Ten best reasons for renting our villa

 

1) When the children go to bed, parents are not stuck in the same small room, they have an entire house, private pool, game room and spa to enjoy.

 2) Four bathrooms, no waiting.

3) In a hotel room, when one person wakes up, everyone wakes up!

4) Hate getting woke up by doors slamming, other noisy guests or housekeepers making noise?  This is not a problem at our villa.

5) Location, location, location.  This gated community is so convenient, not only to the parks but drive one minute (or take a nice walk) to have your choice of great restaurants and shopping.

6) When you go out to dine at one of the many fine nearby restaurants, and you cannot finish your meal, stop back at the villa and put it in the refrigerator for the next day’s lunch or snack.

7) Don't you just hate living out of a suitcase?  At our villa, you can unpack your suitcases and find everything you need, neatly and easily.

8) Dread doing a weeks worth of laundry when you get home.  Our villa has a washer and dryer.  Put a load or two in and go enjoy the pool.

9) What do you do in a hotel room when the weather is bad?  At our villa, you can sit under the covered lanai and play a game, relax and enjoy the view, watch a movie on one of the many TV's, read a book, enjoy the game room or take a nap in one of the five bedrooms.  Try doing that in a hotel room!

10) When you sit by the pool, you can truly relax, knowing your children are within sight at all times.  When nature calls, you are not using a public washroom, yours is steps a way.
